This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is a Telluride gem, offering the serenity of a private mountain home with the convenience of being close to everything Telluride and Mountain Village has to offer. There is an abundance of outdoor activities just minutes from your doorstep! The Sundance ski run is accessible from a shared staircase within the complex that leads up to the ski run. The home is in close proximity to the free gondola system which connects you to all the action, such as access to downtown Telluride and the Mountain Village core. This property also includes dial-a-ride service, which provides free transportation anywhere in Mountain Village. No vehicle, no problem!
Rustic finishes and thoughtful touches throughout the home include exposed wood beams, a giant central stone fireplace, modern kitchen appliances and large windows throughout.
