About this house rental
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is a Telluride gem, offering the serenity of a private mountain home with the convenience of being close to everything Telluride and Mountain Village has to offer. There is an abundance of outdoor activities just minutes from your doorstep! The Sundance ski run is accessible from a shared staircase within the complex that leads up to the ski run. The home is in close proximity to the free gondola system which connects you to all the action, such as access to downtown Telluride and the Mountain Village core. This property also includes dial-a-ride service, which provides free transportation anywhere in Mountain Village. No vehicle, no problem!
Rustic finishes and thoughtful touches throughout the home include exposed wood beams, a giant central stone fireplace, modern kitchen appliances and large windows throughout. The ground level consists of the bunk room that sleeps 6, a cozy den with a game table and smart TV, a large bathroom as well as the two-car heated garage and a spacious laundry room.

First time in Telluride and we will be back! Great mountain biking and hiking. Property is close to Village Market and gondola! Property was as listed. Hot tub was a nice bonus! No problem with no AC. Only thing to be aware of is the owners fee!

I was very impressed with house. I thought based on pictures it was a duplex however it was the whole place. We were able to use both garages pictured. We traveled with 2 families of 4 and it was perfect! Kids had the bunk room and playroom on bottom floor for their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of options on pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc. The house was also very well stocked. I have been to rentals where they just give you maybe one roll of toilet paper for example to get you started. However this place had plenty of things like that. The steam shower in one of bedrooms felt amazing after skiing. Sleds in garage that the kids had fun with behind the house. Management company was extremely responsive if have questions. We hope to come back!
