With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this spacious beach home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. Sleeping arrangements include three queen beds, two twin beds, and a sofa sleeper for added flexibility.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas create a welcoming space for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep and entertaining effortless, whether you’re enjoying a casual breakfast or a family dinner after a day at the beach.
Step outside to the large screened-in porch, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the Gulf breeze. Best of all, you’re less than a one-minute walk from the beach, where sun, sand, and surf are always within reach.

Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

This house is excellent in every way. We throughly enjoyed our leisure stay. Only inconvenience was carrying all the baggage up stairs and seeing an elevator that we didn’t have excess to.

We reserved this as a family vacation and it certainly didn't disappoint. Great area and the property and its condition were great. I would highly recommend!!!!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. We loved Lite House II. It was so nice. Plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and decorated so cute! We loved the screen porch and the beach was just steps away! Can’t wait to come back!
