What a gorgeous house! The pictures look nice but do not do it justice. Everything was perfect and the house has such a nice use of space. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was great as well, only about 5 minutes from, downtown, I70 and stores/restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We were ultimately vacationing in the Vail, Snowmass and Leadville area. Glendale Springs is a great area to stay, without paying the steep prices, and allowing yourself to acclimate to elevation before going higher up. This home came as a pleasant surprise as to how beautiful and accommodating it was. Highly recommend for a family of 6 (5 adults and one pre-teen).

This vacation home is everything you could possibly look for. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Glenwood, it's just a six-minute drive from anywhere you want to go in town from the hot springs to the main strip. It's beautifully and comfortably crafted and is clearly lovingly cared for! With lots of seating and comfy beds, it's the perfect spot for a small family gathering.

This is one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had. The house is better than the pictures, super clean, and the most well stocked I’ve ever seen. Tons of kitchen supplies and cooking ingredients they share. All bathrooms stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Serene, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes to downtown. Large backyard with view of the mountain (somewhat obstructed by the house in front but still amazing!) Host was quickly available and accommodating, and even had a bottle of wine for us upon arrival. Would definitely stay here if we return to Glenwood Springs!

We spent two weeks in this newly and beautifully renovated home. We had a variety of visitors over that time. The home was comfortable for our retired siblings as well as our children and grandchildren. The owner has included many thoughtful conveniences. We particularly enjoyed having three full bathrooms and a lovely backyard. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect house and location for our family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children- ages 4 and 1 1/2. Very clean and well furnished. Everything we needed, including high chair and pack-n-play. Great back yard where we enjoyed dinner a couple of nights -virtually bug free! Easy drive to restaurants and gondola to amusement park. Quiet neighborhood good for walks with the kids. This house looks better in person than online! Plenty of room for 5 adults! The kitchen/dining room/family room is much more spacious than it looks. Great mobie room in basement along with the queen bedroom, a full bath and a separate laundry room. Same level as kitchen also has a bedroom eith 2 twin beds and a master with full bath.5 TVs in total. Full size garage snd a nicely furnished back patio (which we didn't use since it is winter). We made good use of the gas fireplace, kitchen and monopoly game. Quiet location and very close to downtown GS, glenwood caverns adventure park, both hot springs and Yampah caves. About 30 minutes to Sunlight Mtn to ski. Mary was a very responsive hostess and gave some great local tips. Loved everything about this rental and would definitely book again if we are in the area and have a large group! Thanks for everything Mary!

We were able to spend Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful property and found it to be ideal in every imaginable way. When you stay, a recommendation would be to take a walk on the main road up the hill (I forgot the names of the roads), which wraps up the mountain. Well worth it!

I had the opportunity to stay here on a recent trip to the Glenwood Springs area. This comfortable, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-story layout was perfect for my four friends and me. The property is in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, yet it is close to everything. With less than a minute’s drive to I-70 and only a five-minute drive to the restaurant and downtown scene, anything is possible. Everyone in our group traveled separately, and I was concerned that parking would be an issue. That was not the case here. We comfortably parked a full-size Chevy truck and four Toyota Tacoma trucks without an issue. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We even extended our trip without an issue. Do yourself a favor, stop searching, and book this place. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful Glenwood home. We rented this house to be near my sister in law who lives just a few blocks away. It was a family vacay for her 40th bday. The house had everything we could of imagined for my 1 year old daughter which saved me so much trouble when packing. They had a great highchair, a pack and play WITH mattress, a baby monitor and a few baby gates. The kitchen was equipped with literally everything you could imagine, spices, instapot, crockpot, you name it they had it. Very rare in a rental but so helpful!!! We had the perfect stay, we will be back!

This rental property is perfect. The layout of the house is exactly what are 2 families needed. Plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of trim to gather for game night and cooking meals together in the the well stocked kitchen. We loved all the Colorado themed decorations throughout the house. All of the attention to detail made us feel like we were truly on a Colorado vacation! Mary and Steve went above and beyond during our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with so much care. My husband wanted to know where to look for elk in the area and Steve and Mary were quick to help him find a huge herd!! We can’t say enough about this wonderful property and it’s owners. They take pride in this space and it shows! Everything was perfection!! Thanks for making our stay a memorable one for both of families!!

Wonderful time spending a long weekend in Glenwood with childhood friends. The house was great and fit our needs perfectly (having a bathroom for each bedroom was an extremely nice perk). Beautiful views and hiking near the Maroon Bells, local fishing at Ruedi Reservoir and Harvey Gap, relaxing soaking in the hot springs, and great dining downtown. Definitely looking forward to the next trip!

Stayed here for our daughters wedding that took place off of Coffee Pot Rd on the side of the mountain. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations! Property is just as pictures show. Great location with easy access to everything Glenwood Springs has to offer. Accommodated us,the bride & future in-law perfectly. Minor issue w/ac unit that was handled promptly by owner. Appreciated advice given by owner for locations in and around area. Would definitely recommend this place for a stress free stay in the area.
