Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für drei Bewohner.
Leider ist sie etwas hellhörig (Aufzug, Nachbarwohnungen) und die Sicht aus dem Fenster/vom Balkon ist durch die nahe Nachbarbebauung eingeschränkt.
Die dazugehörige Garage ist für größere Autos etwas zu klein (z. B. Kombi, SUV).
