Eine großes, sehr helles Wohn.-und Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile bildet das Zentrum dieser Wohnung. Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll.
Schlafsofa kann zum Schlafen vergrößert werden und ist dazu sehr komfortabel. Ausstattung der Küche ist reichhaltig und gut.
Der halbrunde Balkon um die gesamte Wohnung ist riesengroß und gibt ihr eine besondere Note. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist tadellos und deren Lage zum Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
In dieser wie in allen anderen Wohnungen der Anlage auch, sind Hunde nicht nur erlaubt, sondern willkommen. Obwohl in den Räumen weder Gerüche noch Hundehaare darauf schließen ließen. Die Wohnung selbst war bei der Übernahme picibello sauber.
Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte unbedingt einen Garagen- oder Parkplatz mitbuchen, denn im gesamten Ort ist freies Parken unmöglich.
Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Falls erforderlich erhält man Rat und Hilfe im Vermietungsbüro direkt im Hause.
Fazit: wir würden die Wohnung in jedem Falle erneut buche
