STUNNING VILLA IN EXCLUSIVE CABO NEIGHBORHOOD!!

I would like to start by saying that Villa Naya is unequivocally the best vacation home we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, and remarkably spacious. Our group of ten family members had the luxury of choosing from a variety of bedrooms and bathrooms that perfectly suited our individual needs. One of our guests even remarked on how thoughtful it was that each bedroom and bathroom was well-stocked with essentials like blow dryers and towels, eliminating the need to borrow items from other rooms.We felt completely safe in the house and the surrounding neighborhood, and our leisurely walks to the beach were a delight. The views from the terraces and rooftop were absolutely breathtaking. Villa Naya is equipped with every conceivable amenity, right down to binoculars for whale watching from the terraces.There was a minor issue with the water pump during our stay, but as soon as we reached out to our host, they promptly sent over a neighbor to resolve the situation. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and the maintenance crew had the issue fixed in no time. Thanks to their quick response, we didn't lose any precious vacation time, and we even made a new friend in the process!Our family is already looking forward to our next stay at Villa Naya, and we hope it will be in the near future.

We are a family of 10, and always stay in VRBOs. We rely on reviews when picking a property, so I hope this review is helpful for others when picking this house. This house was perfect. It is big, with lots of space. Each bedroom has a king sized bed and it's own bathroom. It also has plenty of living space (I hate when a place has lots of beds for sleeping, but then has a tiny kitchen or couch). Each floor has a big kitchen and each floor has a huge sectional that we could all fit on. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen in a VRBO. My kids also loved the game cupboard in the living room that was stocked full of games they could play. This house is full of windows and sliding glass doors, that allow cool breezes to blow through at night, and provide a lot of natural light and views. The roof top deck was my kid's favorite spot to be at sunset (we rang in the New Year from the deck and had a 360 degree view of Cabo's fireworks at midnight). The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood feels very safe. There is a guard station as you enter the neighborhood, and they patrol frequently. I had no worries letting my kids walk through the neighborhood without me. It was so nice having a beach we could walk to (it's an easy walk that my 7 year old was able to do several times a day with no problem). The owners were so helpful and were great with communication. Check-out was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!
