    Hotel was very nice, clean and esthetically pleasing. I was unaware of the incidentals fee of $150 per night (which appears to take a few days to be released into bank account.

    The staff of the hotel works extremely kind. Very late one night after a concert my daughter wanted something to eat the staff. In microwave was brought up to our room so that she could heat up food to eat. The shower had the best smelling good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so much so that I wanted to buy it but when I looked it up on Amazon it was beyond my means. It’s nice to know they’re not using cheap stuff but good quality was comfortable.

    From staff to accommodations, design and amenities - WOW! We were impressed with the overall cleanliness, millennial friendly design and utter quality of hospitality and service by the staff.

    Room had plywood ceilings, rough concrete walls and plywood where there wasn’t the concrete. Ceiling lights were straight off a construction site. Definitely going for the unfinished look, and succeeded.
