    From staff to accommodations, design and amenities - WOW! We were impressed with the overall cleanliness, millennial friendly design and utter quality of hospitality and service by the staff.

    I was shocked that the only room I was offered smelled bad and had three big stains on the floor. I was offered the opportunity to move rooms the next day. However, when I returned to the desk to follow up, they claimed that they called me to offer a room, and I did not pick up. Yet I showed them that I had not received a call or voicemail from them. It felt like they were trying to gaslight me. The management handled this very poorly.

    We thoroughly enjoyed this adorable hotel. We will be back to stay again. They also have a rooftop cinema. It was too late to utilize, but we can’t wait to use that next time. Also, how’s the coffee shop attached to it so that was amazing and a really cool restaurant you can walk everywhere from this hotel in the West Loop.

    Room had plywood ceilings, rough concrete walls and plywood where there wasn’t the concrete. Ceiling lights were straight off a construction site. Definitely going for the unfinished look, and succeeded.
