The spacious, 330-square-metre house is perfect for a double couple`s getaway, small groups of friends, or families. Spend plenty of uninterrupted quality time with your loved ones, basking in the comfortable, stylish space. You can enjoy magnificent views of the lake from several rooms throughout the property.

There are countless ways to make the most of your stay at our peaceful waterside retreat. Sip your morning coffee at the private lakeside dock. Get cosy with a book in the lounge area surrounded by views of the water. Go for a short walk or bike ride to reach the sandy shores of Encounter Bay. The possibilities for a memorable and marvelous holiday are endless!

The bright and airy first floor boasts an open plan design. The kitchen, lounge area, and dining space are all adjoined and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. Soak up spectacular views of the lake while you cook in the kitchen or dine at the family-style table.

The sun-filled kitchen is a joy to use, with plenty of counter space and well-stocked cupboards with all the necessary kitchen wares required to cook with ease. There’s an electric stove top, an oven, and a full-sized refrigerator available at your disposal.

All three bedrooms are designed to ensure your comfort and restful sleeps throughout your visit. The master boasts a walk-in closet, a spacious ensuite, and sleek decor. Bedroom number two offers scenic courtyard views, plush bedding, and bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom number three is designed as a day-room with a sliding glass door which leads to a courtyard and a comfortable double bed.

For our tech loving guests, we provide complimentary NBN wifi with details sent at check in.

Unlike other holiday homes, we happily provide our guests with all linens, bedding, and bath towels included within the cleaning fee – this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.

There are several outdoor areas throughout the property where you can sit back and enjoy your idyllic surroundings. Bask under the covered pergola at the rear end of the house as you soak up breathtaking views of the lake. Relax with a book in the courtyard area. Or, sit at the private dock on the water as you watch the kayaks and boats pass by. There is a pool fence separating the water from the yard area.

Explore the many gems of the local area, all just a few minutes from the property. Walk or cycle to the beach at Encounter Bay. Enjoy meals at the many superb restaurants and cafés, just 5-10 minutes from the house. Launch a kayak or a paddleboard in the lake from the convenience of your backyard lake access.

Lifejackets must be worn on the lake at all time with children supervised. Guest swim and use the lake at their own risk.

This property is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to please keep the peace. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Please keep your furry friends at home– unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on the premises.

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.
