Modern spacious home, perfect for your holiday
The entertaining area is a good size and protected from the elements, with a 3 burner BBQ and outdoor setting suitable for 6+ guests, making this home the perfect holiday getaway all year round.
The u-shaped kitchen looks over the lake and has a full size oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and is well equipped for 6 guests. There is a lovely modern dining table for 6 and Daikin reverse cycle air conditioning.
The master bedroom is a generous size with a queen bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed with trundle, both with built in robes.
The main bathroom has a separate shower and full size bath and the ensuite has a separate shower and 2nd toilet.
There is a separate laundry with a 5kg top loading washing machine.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

Overall the property was good , unfortunately it is advertised with wifi which is not there. The house could use a smart tv for streaming , didn’t bother us but if you have children you might be in trouble. The only other thing was the outside table had a lot of dust and grime on it but a quick wipe fixed that.

Neat and tidy. no linen supplied, photos are not accurate as updates have been made. Would have been good to use the kayaks.
