This lovely cottage is just what you need, it is a comfortable getaway for couples or the family. People have been returning year after year to this home away from home. One of the very few properties in Victor Harbor that has its own beach on the fantastic Encounter Lakes. With water that is perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing, the kids will be occupied the whole time!

Lovely cottage decor with access to your own private beach, canoes available for your use, as well as some sporting equipment and toys for the young ones.
Garage has been converted into a rumpus room with a spare fridge
Bedroom linen and towels are provided

Bedroom 3 = 2 Singles

Self-contained kitchen with microwave, electric cooktop and oven, large fridge / freezer and stocked with tea and coffee

Medium size flat screen TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioner with stunning lake views
WET AREAS
Full size bath, shower, single vanity and separate toilet
Laundry with 4.5kg top loading washing machine and laundry products provided
OUTDOOR
All weather outdoor dining setting for 8-12 people, enclosed with cafe blinds and views across the lawn, gardens, beach and lake, Electric Weber BBQ, a canoe and life jackets, beach equipment and toys. With off street parking for 1 car

***All Towels and Bedroom linen is provided in the price
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
* NO PETS
