The staff were very accommodating and kind. Our experience here has become a highlight in our Japan trip! Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. The onsets were big and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay here!

Clean rooms and great service. Some staff know some English and if they dont they will try their best to help you. Food was excellent! Be sure to get their breakfast and dinner! The onsen was relaxing.
