The staff are very attentive and most accomodating. We enjoyed our dinners and breakfasts here and all our meals were delicious. A very cozy and relaxing environment. We would definitely return.

I came to shiga kogen for skiing. The hotel location is excellent. You can have either 3 mins driving to Yokoteyama ski area or 5 mins driving to central area.
Other than the location, all staff are very polite, patient and helpful. Some of the staff are able to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently.
They have sufficient parking space compared to other hotels in shiga kogen. If you look for some living experience in a traditional Japanese hospitality, this is the one. Make sure your book the dinner as well since shiga kogen does not have many restaurants opening at night.
