共用貸切風呂(利用中は立札立てて鍵をかける)が２４時間入れる。湯畑源泉(硫黄)と異なる源泉(鉄泉)なので、公衆浴場などの硫黄泉と貸切風呂の鉄泉を両方楽しめた。
表記で部屋風呂があると誤解してしまった。タオル等のアメニティが有料なので持参した。台所、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、テトラポット、コップグラス、割り箸はあるが調理器具、皿、お椀、スプーンがないため持参した。

トイレが綺麗。
ロケーションが良い(西の河原露天風呂迄は、チョツト遠いけど)
内風呂を温くしたいのに、水が出せない。

湯畑や観光で入れる無料温泉(千代の湯、地蔵の湯)が近くてとても良かったです。施設も清潔で共用キッチンは食器なども充実しています。共用のお風呂は温泉が引いてあり、部屋もシンプルでとても快適でした。
悪い点ではないですが、素泊まりだと歯ブラシやタオルの提供はないので(本館で買うことができ、近くにコンビニもあります)そこは持参が良いと思います。
