    Constant Noise: There was a continuous, loud beeping sound in the room. The receptionist came to the room and personally witnessed this, but no solution was provided. Health & Maintenance Issues: The ceiling above the door had visible mould, and the wooden bathroom door was actively rotting and breaking apart at the bottom due to severe moisture damage. Room Environment: The room was entirely dark and windowless, making it impossible for comfortable rest.

    Our family with other group stayed in room 302/303/307 . It was a lovely hotel , clean , very good value for money and the staff are very accommodating & helpful always.They let us checked in early & checked out late with no extra charge ☺️. I would highly recommend this hotel 👍🏼👍🏼

    Agoda booking site states breakfast charge is £7 unless included in room price. There was no breakfast available. Also stated was 1 restaurant and 1 bar/ lounge. Didn’t see a restaurant and the bar was closed. City view was stated when I booked. No city view. Duvet was a small double with a queen/king size duvet cover so quite inadequate. Under counter bar fridge wasn’t working. Tv didn’t work as there was no Ariel connected to the tv. Bed Pillows x 2 clean enough but spare single pillow was dirty. 2 tea/coffee cups , one with saucer and one with small plate and only 1 little spoon. The above details are the main issues I encountered. 1 drinking glass.
