The Prime London Hotel

Had a really wonderful experience staying at The Prime. less than five minutes walk to Earl's Court Station, which provides direct access to Heathrow Airport and Central London. Food options aplenty in the immediate area. Room itself was very nice if a little warm - but the aircon was working and did help. The bathroom was really nice and spacious by London standards. Bed very comfortable, linens clean. Only word of warning is that I booked a small double room, which was perfect for me as a solo traveller - don't think couples would find the size of the bed/room suitable!!

A very comfortable room for one person. A couple of things needed a bit of TLC but generally very good standard. Comfy bed & pillows, a window that could actually be opened, refillable water bottles, and a full size/depth bath. Quiet location as well.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that they allowed us to check in early at 11 a.m. for free, even though we originally planned to just leave our luggage. Our room on the third floor was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My daughter especially loved the bathtub and enjoyed it so much. The room was spotless, fresh, and had no unpleasant smell at all. The only minor inconvenience was that the elevator was under repair at the time, so I had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. However, the staff were incredibly kind, apologetic, and even offered to help me with my bags. I also requested a room with a refrigerator due to my daughter’s medication, but unfortunately it wasn’t working when we arrived. Despite this, the staff responded quickly and handled the situation very well. The night reception staff were especially helpful, they offered us access to another room with a working refrigerator and provided a key so we could store the medication safely. I truly appreciated their effort to find a solution, especially late in the evening. Throughout our stay, both the day and night staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and attentive. Every request was acknowledged and handled promptly, and they were always sincere and understanding. The location is also excellent, very close to Earl’s Court station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely be coming back.

Stayed in Room ***, which was spacious and clean, though it has definitely seen better days. The bed was comfy, and while the pillows were a bit too soft, they provided two per person (for the double bed), so it wasn’t a big issue. Bathroom was also spacious, which is always a plus! A nice touch was the complimentary tea, coffee, water, and fruit. The friendly staff makes your stay feel more welcoming. They also offer free luggage storage, which is super convenient. The elevator was out of order, but since we were on the first floor and only had an overnight bag, it wasn’t a problem for us. However, it’s something to keep in mind for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. One big bonus for Filipino travelers: the hotel is close to two Filipino restaurants, three Filipino shops, and even Jollibee! If you’re craving a taste of home, you won’t have to go far. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel!
