FANTASTIC HOLIDAY RENTAL HOUSE IN MORAIRA, IN A LUXURY URBANISATION WITH TWO SWIMMING POOLS, PADDLE TENNIS COURT.
This holiday rental house in Moraira is located in one of the quietest areas of the town and just 6 minutes by car from the centre and the best beaches.
Perfect for a family holiday, Moraira Paradise offers fun for all ages. The house is located in a residential complex with two communal swimming pools surrounded by well-maintained gardens, paddle tennis court and gym.
The house has 3 double bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds), all of them spacious and bright, with built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom #1 has an en-suite bathroom (bathroom #1) and access to the solarium terrace with a table and chairs perfect for sunbathing while enjoying the views. Bedroom #2 also has access to the solarium terrace with mountain views and a double bed. On the other hand, bedroom #3 has views of the house's garden and has two single beds that can be joined or separated upon prior request to the company. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have bathroom #2 with a shower at their disposal.
Going down the stairs from the entrance of this holiday home in Moraira, we reach its spacious open living room, very bright and comfortable. In addition, it is decorated in an exquisite way, it has a dining table, air conditioning and a SMART TV where you can enjoy platforms such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video, etc... From the dining room we can access the terrace with covered outdoor dining area and relaxation zone.
The kitchen is independent from the dining room and is fully equipped so that you feel at home. In addition, next to it there is a spacious laundry room also with everything necessary (washing machine, dryer and wide cabinets) so that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The property has a high-speed Internet connection via fibre optic, ideal for teleworking with total comfort
The strong point of this holiday home in Moraira are its common areas. An original community pool surrounded by carefully maintained Mediterranean-style gardens, perfect for relaxing while children enjoy a refreshing swim. In addition, the urbanization has a second rectangular pool, a paddle tennis court and a community gym.
On the other hand, apart from the communal areas, Moraira Paradise has a private garden with a built-in barbecue, covered outdoor dining area, relaxation zone, and private parking.

We liked the space, the terraces, the bbq and the heated pool was a nice surprise too! Communication with Solhabitat was excellent!
Internet on television was really bad. Netflix was not work because of that. The bar chairs left rust stains on Some of our clothes. Soon, the bathrooms as well as the kitchen need to be refurbished.

First of al the service and the people of Solhabitat are great. They are kind and friendly and is there is a problem they react fast and solve it. The location for us was really good. The centre of Moraira is only 5 min drive and the big supermarket is 2 min drive. There is also a small supermarket and a view pubs on 5 min walking distance. The house it self is big enough for a family of 5 and and is provided with everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped.
I think the beds can be changed. My opinion they are a bit to old and not really comfortable. But that’s personal.
