: The holiday villa MyPlaceToBe in Moraira is a spacious and luxurious accommodation spread over 2 floors that can accommodate up to 6 people. With 3 bedrooms and a total area of 300 m², there is plenty of space for all guests to relax and enjoy their vacation. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. A special highlight is the master bedroom with bathroom that covers the entire upper floor. The attached sun terrace invites you to enjoy a coffee in the morning. On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms with another bathroom and a guest toilet.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers guests everything they need to prepare their own meals. The living room offers a cozy couch and a television.
The garden of the villa is a beautiful place to relax. A special place is the covered outdoor dining area with a nice outdoor kitchen. The property is completely fenced, the terrace is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the great view of the surroundings.
For those who want to stay fit during their vacation, there is a fitness room. The central heating and air conditioning ensure a pleasant temperature, regardless of the season.
There is a parking space on the property for guests arriving by car.
We make it easy: Our accommodations have bedding and towels. Summer bed linen (without lining) from 01/05 – 31/09, winter bed linen with lining from 01/10 – 30/04 Electricity and water are included in the price in normal household quantities.

The villa was exactly as described, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a quiet location above the town with views to the sea and surrounding area, especially from the upstairs balcony. The covered terrace provides both escape from the sun and shelter from the rain (which we did have on several days during our stay in October). Pool is lovely and a good size. Everything was spotlessly clean. Supermarkets within 5 minutes drive and Moraira is 10 minutes away by car. Many other places and beaches to explore in the region.
Key collection details were rather late in arriving.
The cupboard door to access the microwave did not work properly and needed to be held up manually.

Die Aussicht vom Haus ist besser als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Es war sehr sauber und alles so wie es sein sollte. Der Service von Der Verwaltung war sehr gut und zuvorkommend bezüglich ein und aus checken, besten Dank.
