    The staff are all very nice and welcoming, and the room is cosy and clean. Additionally, the location is excellent, as you can walk to the Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and more in under 20 minutes.

    Overall our stay was wonderful, Madaleen at reception was exceptional. The staff were friendly, the room size was ok (slightly bigger than other hotels in Rome). They were kind enough to provide a welcome card and drinks along with a free snack. There isn’t much privacy with the shower, I traveled with my sister so it was a little awkward. There is noise because the hotel is on a busy street, so I would regularly hear loud noises in the early hours of the morning. But the point that requires most attention is housekeeping! I complained several times to reception to no avail. Housekeeping would not clean the room properly AT ALL. I had dust gathered on most surfaces, I would constantly have to call reception and ask for our tissue box to be filled because housekeeping would not swap out the empty tissue box with a new one, at times we were not provided new towels, and the sheets were only changed once during my entire 8 days stay. I am also surprised that they don’t refill amenities for example they provided one vanity kit on the first day and never provided another, I informed reception but again to no avail. Would I recommend this place, yes because location is fantastic and staff are friendly, would I stay again, I probably would give it another try and hope the comments regarding housekeeping is taken into consideration.

    Thank you to Marat, the guy on reception .He was very attentive, made us the best room with a wonderful view of the city. He advised a route for a walk and recommended the most delicious places.I am very grateful to him.Breakfast is fantastic on the rooftop with amazing view.
