My husband and I stayed at Villa del Papa for 14 days for our 25th wedding anniversary a few weeks ago. It was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable! Daniella and Gianni were so very sweet and worked so hard to make our stay lovely. The room was perfect, the grounds were gorgeous, and the surrounding village is great! We had a hard time leaving! Can't wait to go back someday.

What a gem, tucked in the Tuscan hills and located a short drive to Lucca, Pisa, Livorno and Montecarlo. Giovanni and Daniella were the ultimate hosts. Their property is charming and very private. They spend a lot of time maintaining the landscape while the pool invites you to enjoy some R&R with a glass of vino in hand. Our room was well appointed, clean and quiet. It was our own private little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the big tourists cities. I hate recommending this place for fear it won’t have a room for me the next time we visit Tuscany.
