    Very close to trainstation, welcoming staff, comfortable bed and noise proof windows from the traffic outside. Good value of money.

    Had the pleasure of staying at the Bryson and for the price we paid I couldn't recommend a better hotel. Highlight was the whirlpool bath and the size of the executive room. Next time I'm in London will definitely be booking this hotel

    The room is fairly standard, but excellent value given its location. I arrived early, and the receptionist kindly asked the cleaning staff to prioritise my room, so I was able to check in around 1pm.

    Stayed for 1 night, fast check-in and friendly. All walls and floors are covered with carpet which is a bit strange but it does absorb the sound and we never heard any noises. There was only 1 towel so we asked reception and they said they would put one in our room......they didn't. 4 hours later when we returned. We had to go back and ask again. The whole hotel seems to be showing its age. Our shower head looked like it was about to fall off the wall and the waste was so blocked it filled up with water. The toilet had poo stains in the bottom. The curtains are quite thin so it still lets the light through. Check out was fast. I would be absolutely gutted if I paid full price but Agoda got me a big saving which sadly still did not meet our expectations.
