    Best sangat, will repeat again if nk dtg bercuti ke melaka. Dari segi layanan staff, bersih ,makanan sedap semuanya besttttt... Kolam budak yg menarik n tak boring sbb ada mini playground, Waktu breakfst pun so long. Smpi 12afternoon, hehe staff&cheff very humble,softspoken. Besttttt2 tq so much the shore hotel&swiss garden✅❤✨

    The room is good (big and look ok). But there are many issues - the super slow lifts, - sharing pool with season garden but dont provide towels (have to bring from the room ourselves), - towels in the room provided are worst that a 2 star hotel. I can understand the lift issue is not easy, but the towel issues are mind boggling. How hard is it to recognise that it's an issue? Also, when we went to the pool, they cordoned off some areas for wall painting work. But somehow there are rocks falling way outside of the resteicted area and close to the pool where children were swimming. Luckily the guard from seasons gardon came and managed the situation.
