I liked how the hotel was very strategic . Very near to Jonker street. Next to it there’s guardian, 99 , 7e , mamak . Literally everything. So you’d actually avoid traffic and save money by just walking . I took the deluxe king recommend. Recommended only for 2 pax , slightly smaller including bath too but very comfortable.
Probably the smell lingering around the dining place next to the counter. They could install an auto air freshner. The morning and mid day customer service rep could smile more and be more welcoming. The evening customer service rep , guy seemed friendlier and welcoming. The staffs during breakfast could be more friendly towards foreigners and those comers from different states.

Great location with a lovely walk into town along the river. Nice breakfast with helpful staff who did the breakfast shift.
The WiFi does not work which is fine if you’re on holiday and don’t need it but I would not recommend to stay here if you need the WiFi at all. Judging by previous reviews, this has been an issue for several years (wish I’d seen this before booking).
