Hotel yang selesa, aircond dalam bilik sejuk giler. Katil selesa, tilam tak melendut, bantal gebu, toiletries semua cukup.
Lif 1, asal tekan nak naik atau turun, lambat giler, kita dah tunggu lama, bila lif buka, tengok staff guna lif bawa turun barang cucian nak basuh lah, lepas tu, staff tahan lif sbb nak spray, kat bawah dah ramai menunggu. Toilet dalam bilik kotor sangat! Geli nak masuk.

Breakfast at 7am is too late...People ready to move by that time.. Should change at 6am much better

The hotel location is near to the most of popular place in Melaka and the Breakfast also was good. The hotel is very convenience service and for sure to come again.

Great location with a lovely walk into town along the river. Nice breakfast with helpful staff who did the breakfast shift.
The WiFi does not work which is fine if you’re on holiday and don’t need it but I would not recommend to stay here if you need the WiFi at all. Judging by previous reviews, this has been an issue for several years (wish I’d seen this before booking).
