    We were given a free room upgrade by the nice staff at reception. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. Only comment is aircond is still cold even after pushing up the temp near 30.

    Car parking with ease as plenty of lots. Room is spacious. Only the shower need to be hotter. Overall good

    We booked a suite hoping to have a good rest. However, it was the start of a series of unfortunate events. 1) On our first night, the ceiling started leaking puddles of water on to the hallway tiles. My husband who is disabled went to toilet at 4 am and almost slipped and fell. 2) We were then moved to the 29th floor suite, unfortunately the hotel had an event on the 30th floor. People were dancing and the bass of the music was pulsing just above us. We could feel the thumping into our room. 3) The shower door could not close properly, the water spilled onto the bathroom after showering and there is no water outlet in the bathroom except in the shower. So the bathroom flooded each time after we showered. In the end, all the hotel could do was to put a double sided tape on the shower door and gave us floor mats. 4) All through our stay we had to put up with the noise of service lift just next to our bedroom. Each time someone uses the lift (because the lift is old) it gives a chain of loud noise from the lift which we could hear from our room right into 12 am. Despite complaining, no one cared to listen and no one was willing to address the issues. Tanya, one of the managers in the hotel, was especially pompous when we tried to ask for a solution. There were other unpleasant incidents which I have not reported here. In conclusion, it was an unpleasant experience. Don’t stay there!
