About this house rental
This stunning finca with ocean views in Esporles can accommodate 8 guests.
The finca is nestled in nature on a mountainside, surrounded by fragrant pine trees and the blue Mediterranean Sea, with the city of Palma on the horizon.
You can cool off on hot summer days in the private 10m x 5m pool.
There are plenty of lounging areas perfect for sunbathing.
Our guests enjoy using the several garden tables and chairs for dinner. There is a Napoleon gas grill and a brick pizza oven; however, the oven can only be used from November 1 through April 30, as open fires are prohibited from May 1 through October 31 due to the risk of wildfires.
The spacious property is fenced in.
The finca was lovingly renovated in 2022. If you’re looking for something authentic and secluded for your vacation, this is the place for you.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. All have double beds, and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor. In winter, your feet will stay warm thanks to the underfloor heating. If you’re traveling with a baby, we’ll be happy to provide a crib and a high chair.
The finca is located in Es Verger (Esporles), a secluded spot in the Tramuntana Mountains. It’s a wonderful place for cycling, mountain biking, or hiking. Not only Esporles but also the surrounding villages of Puigpunynet, Sóller, Deià, Valldemossa, and Establiments are all worth a visit just for their romantic alleyways and cobblestone streets. Challenging hikes can be enjoyed on the Puig de Galatzó, among other places. The nearest sandy beach, Playa de Palma, is about 18 km away. Golf enthusiasts can practice their perfect swing at the Son Termens golf course, 15 km away. Esporles has everything you need for a self-catering vacation. If you’re looking for peace, mountains, and seclusion, this is the place for you!

Me and my family including 3 boys stayed for 10 days and it was beautiful. The villa is just gorgeous it’s been done to a very high standard. The pool was amazing - with the slide and diving board! Very good communication with the owners and a lovely welcome on arrival. Thank you for letting us stay! 💕
