Precious ecological villa with character in Palma. Ideal for large families. (Of 5-12 people).

It is a beautiful ecological house of excellent quality, recently built with two floors. We rent the ground floor.
Vintage modern style with many details of comfort, it is perfect for both summer and winter. Beautiful views. Bright by large windows. Climalit Very well insulated. Radiant floor, air conditioning.
It is located between the village area (son Sardina) and the city of Palma, in a quiet area.
It has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor has square 180m meters.
. The house has a spacious garden, terraces and porches, solarium and swimming pool with Jacuzzi area and with pressure jets. Tha pool has a sower.
It has a small sports court with sports equipment (football, basketball, badmintong, tennis ...). It has garden- organic garden with all ecological vegetables for the host.
The house is surrounded by gardens. It has a bicycle parking area and garage.

Modern and equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, micro oven, dishwasher and small appliances: juicer, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, waffle iron, fondue, crepe maker, toaster.

Our house is ecological for the following reasons:
1.- In its construction we have used ecological materials. We have insulated the house with thick layers of natural cork. Their walls are especially thick to enhance this isolation.
2.- We have used lime to cover the walls. For this raeson, we have enhanced the perspiration of the house and the temperature is preserved naturally. Lime also prevents the appearance of fungi on the walls.
3.- We have used lime or silicate paint to enhance the natural effect of lime.
4.- Our windows are especially large so that in winter the light and the sun enter easily. All of them with wooden shutters, so that in summer the temperature is conserved to the maximum, and the house is naturally fresh. We have also insulated in a special way with a good insulation
5.- Almost all the materials with which the house is built are natural: stone, marble, teak wood ... We love to enjoy what nature itself offers us.
6.- We use solar panels because we want to be respectful of the environment. Soon also photovoltaic energy.
7.- We have an organic garden surrounding the house, as a beautiful garden, available to the guest with all kinds of vegetables and aromatic plants.
In the garden, there is a big barbecue. Beautiful area of terraces and porches.
At the entrance is terrace solarium. Also it has a beautiful fountain. Beautiful terraces surrounding the house.

Very nice house and great pool area with lots to do for the kids. Transport is also easy with a bus stop close to the house, which takes you directly to the centre of PalmaCommunication with the host was also quick. Very helpfull hosts during our hole stay. Recommended

We are a group of family and friends including a 9 month old baby, parents, aunts/ uncles and grandparents, from England.
The house is beautiful and very clean, particularly the outdoor area. The pool was very refreshing in the heat and we had a lot of fun with the sports equipment. The house had all the amenities we needed and anything extra we needed the hosts provided for us; we particularly enjoyed being able to bbq and the toys provided for children. We even used some of the homegrown vegetables from the garden!
The location is ideal, it is a two minute walk to a bus stop, the busses are regular and reliable. It is close enough to a main road to be convenient but not so close as to be noisy. We used public transportation to go into Palma as well as the water park.
The best part of this villa is how helpful and accommodating the hosts were. When we had issues with our car hire they gave us lifts whenever we needed to go to the supermarket and offered to take us to the beach. They quickly got us anything we needed for the baby. The fact that they live onsite meant that they could help show us how to use the BBQ and find the switch for the pool lights etc, but we never felt intruded on, we had total privacy.
Our family is already discussing when we can visit again. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday!

Beautiful villa with plenty of room for our family of 10. Outside area was large, ideal for sunbathing with an excellent pool surrounded by garden.
The villa was well equipped with ample towels, bedding etc and spotlessly clean.
Maria and Gabriel were the perfect hosts, unobtrusive but always available.
We thoroughly recommend the villa and hope to return soon.

Pasamos un tiempo increible en la casa de Maria. Ella y toda su família fueron a todo tiempo muy atenciosos y respectaron mucho el espacio del grupo. La casa es muy bien localizada, cerca de Palma y de supermercados. La casa tambien es muy confortable y muy bien equipada. Las areas externas son muy buenas: la piscina, la cancha de basket y el asador. La area interna igualmente buenas. Son vários dormitórios, pero solamente uno con cama de pareja. Las camas son confortables pero chicas para uns pareja adulta.
El aire es central. La primera noche sentimos un poco de calor, pero lá mañana siguiente el aire fue ajustado y nos dieron ventiladores.
Nuestra hora de check out fue estendida muy gentilmente y pudimos aprovechar la área externa y tomarnos una ducha despues. De manera general lá pasamos super bien !
