The typical Majorcan Villa Es Molí de’n Palmer is nestled in a rural location only 6 kilometers from the city center of Palma de Mallorca. This typical Majorcan holiday home has a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a satellite TV and a billiard table on the first floor. The villa also has 4 additional toilets and can accommodate up to 12 adults + 2 children. Facilities of the country house, which is perfect for families or groups, also include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a cot (on request), a high chair (on request), a table tennis table as well as several parking spaces on the property. A garage and tools for bicycles are also at your disposal and many bicycle routes can be found in the immediate vicinity. The outside space, with its spacious terrace, covered barbecue area and idyllic garden with fruit-bearing trees, never fails to impress. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are only a few minutes by car. The center of Palma de Mallorca is about 10, and sandy beaches are about 20 minutes away by car.
The person making the reservation must be older than 25 years old and it is recommended that they have a driving license to rent a vehicle and fully enjoy the stay.

Pros: le calme, et l'espace ,la proximité
Cons: petit groupe, venu, pour visiter l'ile, très peut dans l'habitation qui servait uniquement de dortoirs.
Un petit désherbage autour de la piscine aurait été le bienvenu. L'habitation demande un rafraichissement.

Pros: Die Betten und Decken haben für einen sehr guten Schlaf gesorgt. Das Haus hat eine abgelegene und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage.
Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und war immer ansprechbar.
Alle Bäder, welche bereits saniert sind, sind sehr schön und der erste Stock ist perfekt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und überlegen gerade nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.
Cons: Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, welche wir bereits an den Vermieter weiter gegeben haben.

Pros: Große Überdachte Terasse direkt am Pool. Bei schlechtem Wetter der Fernseh Billardraum. Die oberen Zimmer mit Bad. Nicht weit nach Palma oder zum Ballermann. 30-40€ Taxi.
Cons: Außenbereich könnte ein wenig weniger Unkraut aufweisen.
Ameisen und andere Tierchen im Haus. Ost aber nicht unüblich.

Pros: Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ist sehr gut ausgestattet-uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 12 Leuten da und es war genug Platz für alle. Der Vermieter ist einfach nur klasse - sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Finca definitiv wieder buchen.
