This Was a Family trip. The beds were comfy but the roof was very loud at Night like this sound of rats Running over the roof. But it wasn’t rats, it Was the snowstorm. Dropping big amounts of Snow on the roof. So we weren't able to sleep pretty well in the middle of the night. The staff was really Nice From the Desk Man to the housekeepers. I will stay here again, but not when it’s raining or Snowing

Cute and quaint place. Odd, all contact with staff was via text or phone, never saw anyone from staff. It worked though. Very responsive. Note. Ceiling fans really need to be dusted

The hot water in the bathroom sink was anything but hot. Luke warm at best. Hot water in kitchen sink and bathroom had to be turned on for a good 7-10 minutes before getting hot. Also the Wifi was very "spotty".

The room was clean, and the mana was amazing! The only complaint we have was that the shower knob came off, and the water pressure and temperature was dependent on the other rooms! Good stay, with the potential to be amazing!!!

By far one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Lake Tahoe! What made it even more convenient was the fact that we had a stovetop so we saved so much money on going out to eat! Staff was very friendly and so was the front desk manager! I would definitely recommend staying here again!!!

Tall beautiful trees outside our window! Being able to sit in comfortable chairs outside our room and enjoy. Thank you! Public beach close by - would be nice to get the swimming pool fixed though... I know, it's costly, but for some of us "Oldies" Lake Tahoe is a bit chilly. But no complaints, many thanks!

We were going to get in LATE (1am), Cody at the front desk was very accommodating and made the process so easy. The room was cute and had a coffee maker by the bedside. Great location for the event we attended.

It was ok. With the pictures I thought that a suite was a private cabin, but it is just a regular room with shared walls. It was fine, definitely on the rustic side, but it was on the charming side. I think I would try another place next time though.

It is similar to a camping cabin. It is not a hotel. There is no front desk help.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Walls were paper thin so you could hear every conversation and action next door. No AC. Bare minimum furnishings. No side tables in the bedroom. No screen on the bathroom window looked out onto an alley. Stick on decorative frostings on the windows that weren’t fully stuck. No shades. Shower door was from 1956. The pool was filled with mud. Not a great experience at all and certainly not worth the money. The coffee was good at least.

It was okay. It was cheap, and I got what I paid for. The lone staff member whom should have been at the front desk for my check in was at wal mart. He left his number taped to the desk and was able to provide the code for room entry at least when I called him. That’s a first for me. Also the front desk office area wreaked of pot. Not a big deal to me, but frankly extremely unprofessional. Just smoke a bowl out back buddy. The AC was too small and had trouble cooling the room, the room was clean though, and aside from that it was fine. It was a $250 room, but on a very busy weekend, and it was the cheapest thing around. It was worth no more than $100 on a typical weekend though.

Absolutely horrible experience. We stayed here with our kids, and the room had rats running around all night. It kept everyone up and raised serious concerns about our health and safety. To make matters worse, there was no management on site, and we were unable to speak with a manager over the phone despite multiple attempts. The staff on-site seemed unprepared and offered no real help. When we finally reached someone later, they refused to refund us or take responsibility. There is no excuse for rodents in a guest room, especially when children are involved. Not only was it disgusting and stressful, but the lack of basic customer care made everything worse. If you value your health, sleep, and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. This was by far the most unprofessional and unsanitary lodging experience we’ve ever had.

It was extremely overpriced. The kitchen cabinets had most of the hardware missing off of them. There was a hole in the wall in the kitchen where you could see outside the large sliding window the lock was missing so anyone could come in at any time. It was so small that you barely had room to walk past the bed to get into the bathroom. There was no lights that worked the breaker tripped so we woke up to no coffee machine in the refrigerator had went off. It had a nice pool, but there was no water in it. The property outside was very pretty had large trees in a nice sitting area in the staff was nice but again this is $100 a night hotel that I was charged 250 a night for.

Room is small and smell. Not as the pictures posted. The posted pictures look clean and nice. But in the reality it’s not. The environment around the room is good and relax, but very dirty for the table and chair outside. Maybe there is a bear at night time, that’s why the lady in the office told us not to put food in the car, bear will break the car windows. I saw food prints in my car in the next morning. Don’t know is it bear’s food print or not. It looks big like a man food print. Price is high. Not really like it. Will not stay the second time.

No hot water. They have a sign in the bathroom to run the water for three minutes so the hot water kicks in. Well it never did. Impersonal customer service. They have a sign to call the numbers listed. As I was checking out & make them aware about the lack of hot water, they told me I didn’t need to do anything, they’ll take care of charging my card. When I mentioned I wanted to speak to someone since I didn’t get to shower, a lady came to the front area. She said she would speak to the manager about any credit. When I asked her what card she had on file, she told me her computer system was down & couldn't pull up my information. Walls are thin in the room, you can hear other people’s conversations & their alarm clock in the morning. In the end, I only received a small credit & still ended up paying $200 for a room with no hot water. Unfortunate experience.

This place is disappointing in that it appears to have once been charming. It is in disarray. The ice machine doesn't work, the pool was empty. Empty flower pots, Front lobby was closed with a sign to text to check in. Outdoor furniture needs updating. The place has excellent bones and a great location it's just not taken care of. It was clean which is appreciated. The location is great. Burger place next door is yummy. Hopefully the owners can take some pride and put a little upkeep in a place that could be great.

The cabin was a great size for the price

Well first it was late at night had to call a number to get checked in after unloading all my cargo from my motorcycle which took some time to do. I arrive around 12-130ish or so. I get its late but man after a 6 hour motorcycle ride in the blistering heat wanted to take a shower yeah nope couldnt do that because there wasnt any hot water avaliable at the time. So fell asleep all nasty uncomfortable bed wasnt the best. The service was horrible nobody insight to take care of this matter. Only reason they are in a scale is because of the lady cleaning the rooms felt so bad. Be also recommended places she apologized heavily. Either way worse experience ever. But i was told i was going to be taken care of by hotels for this horrible experience. Thanks hotels.com
