We enjoyed our stay at Miss Hongs House. Excellent value, really comfy sheets and bed. Also provided with two bottles of water per day and there are facilities in the room to make your own coffee. Steps are quite steep, therefore not ideal if you have mobility issues, but we were fine.

Friendly, helpful staff. We also loaned a motorcycle from them to tour the island.
We had to move rooms as they had maintenance planned on the a/c in the first room, but both rooms were clean and comfortable (although the little step down near the window in both rooms could do with hazard tape)
