Mold & infiltration on ceilings in public areas; rundown; rooms around air vents dirty & moldy. In room, causes irritation with lungs so cough - HEALTH HAXARD. Sliding Door bathroom stuck unable to open my 93yr old mom got stuck several times where we had to force open, buttons inside Elevador dont work forcing you to step out in an odd floor to get in another to reach your room,

I made a reservation for 2 room and each with a "queen" bed. I was put in a room with 2 single bed. Breakfast very bad with bad fruits.

I paid for 2 days reservation i tried to check in for the next day in morning they wouldn’t allow me to even though it was already paid for the day before, i was tired they told to wait until check in time which was 5 hours later!

I stayed at room 615 and the room was not big enough. The restroom door didn’t closed or lock. For being rated a 4 star hotel and for that price, is not worth staying in here.

Great location, close to major beaches and premium shopping locations. Rooms were very clean and staff very professional and friendly. Breakfast food was amazing. Lunch menu not so good. Steak was ok. Lobby area clean and welcoming. Gym needs maintenance. Pool was dirty. Amazing views from roof top pool area. Bartenders at the pool were great. I’d stay here again!

It was disappointing to see stains in the linen. Due to Covid-19 hotel seemed not to have housekeeping on weekend, whuch was my stay. So, I had to sleep on dirty linen. Additionally, on Sunday, at 7:30 am, I was woke up with the sound of furniture being dragged on the apartment above mine. Couldn't tell whether was the guest or hotel maintenence personnel. I reported on check out.

I didn’t like it, before check out time they already turn everything off, go to the room, don’t give the person time to decide whether to continue or not, other hotels I stayed at sometimes wait until 13:00 to take any kind of action, in other words, the management of this hotel is very horrible.

I did like the breakfast and the comfortable bed I did not like how the bed was made by the room service.with the cover sheet placed over the comforter instead of under and on my last day the removal of the comforter leaving me with only the thinn cover sheet to keep warm for sleeping.(Why???)

Great experience: service, cleanliness, room size and amenities, strong wifi signal, value/price. 24/7 room service. Awesome breakfast. Located in probably nicest area in RJ: Barra da Tijuca. Fairly close to the beach.
