The worse experience I have had in my travelers life.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was dirty. Hairs on the sheets Dead mosquitoes everywhere, squished on the walls. Coffee maker with dried old coffee, etc. Terrible and disgusting.

Otimizada

Localização fantástica pra quem vai a eventos no Rio Centro, 100 metros de distância. Quarto confortável, limpeza ótima, conveniência de alimentação próxima e de fácil acesso. O Café da manhã fornecido por terceiros e pago à parte não é bom, tentei por 2 dias ver como estava e não vale a pena. Melhor ir à lanchonetes ou padarias, mas isso é só uma dica pois a responsabilidade não é da acomodação.

A cama era de casal, mas o cobertor de solteiro, que supriu a necessidade, mas foi falta de costume mesmo.

Se você quer proximidade do Riocentro e consegue contornar algum inconveniente, o local é perfeito.

A localização é perfeita para quem está frequentando o Riocentro. Fica a poucos metros da entrada do Centro de Convenções e isso é superprático. Gostei também da estrutura do apto com cozinha, sacada, mesa de escritório, sofá e até mesa para refeições.

Em relação ao apto tive dificuldade para vedar a entrada de luz pela manhã e todos os dias despertei mais cedo do que gostaria. o blackout da cortina fica afastado das janelas e a luz acaba entrando por tudo que é fresta. Vazou água da ducha higiênica logo no primeiro dia e parei de usar. O microondas, que não funcionava, foi substituido após minha solicitação. Preferi comprar coisas para o café em mercados próximos a consumir o café da manhã do restaurante porque tive má impressão durante o almoço do dia anterior. A quantidade enorme de moscas sobre as mesas me deu uma sensação de má-higiene e resolvi não retornar mais lá. E meus colegas que o fizeram reclamaram da demora do café. Creio que os responsáveis pelo espaço não estão muito preocupados com a qualidade do serviço oferecido.

Gostei de ser bem espaçosa.

Chegamos no quarto e estava tudo sujo (fronhas, toalhas, lençol com pelos, garrafa de coca-cola embaixo da cama) ou seja, nem limparam antes de entrar o próximo hóspede. Na reserva dizia que o café da manhã era incluso e quando chegamos lá era 40,90 por dia, tudo certo se fosse bom, mas era tudo muito ruim e não tinha muita opção. Faltou papel higiênico no nosso quarto e ninguém fez reposição, tivemos que comprar. Não recomendo!

Confortável, limpo e ao lado do Rio Centro.

Acomodação bem limpa e confortável. Tem uma sacada, cama confortável e banheiro amplo. Espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto também. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado do primeiro quarto que fiquei mas foi prontamente resolvido. Tem café da manhã das 07hs às 11hs por 40,90. Não é tão bom mas dá pro gasto em caso de emergência. Virando a esquina do Rio Stay há um MC Donalds e vários outros locais para alimentação (inclusive café da manhã). Fica realmente próximo ao Rio Centro (que ocorreu o evento que fomos).

Única coisa ruim é que não possui depósito pra deixar as malas se chegar mais cedo.

O quarto tava todo direito, bonito e bem arrumado. Os pisos do meu andar são novos. Fiquei no 15• andar. Do 9• andar para baixo ainda estão terminando a troca dos pisos quebrados.

A comunicação. O proprietário delegou a administração da acomodação para uma imobiliária, e por isso nem ele nem ninguém acompanham as msgs por aqui. Mas consegui falar com ele pelo seu zap. O checkin também foi problemático pois ainda não tinham informado à recepção sobre minha reserva. Isso aconteceu a outros hóspedes de outros quartos q estavam lá ao mesmo tempo q eu. Tudo pq como a administração é terceirizada, o Rio Stay em si não tem acesso ao booking.

O prédio estava sem água quente. Os pisos dos andares estão todos quebrados (material vagabundo), a recepção estava com o teto todo aberto. Já é a segunda vez q vou lá, e sempre tem uma questão. O prédio está muito largado.

Reservei bem antes, pois teria um congresso ao lado para ir, porém na semana faltando uns dois dias recebi um e-mail sobre que não teria água quente. Conversei com Tatiana e ela deu um upgrade no quarto. Quarto confortável, varanda com paisagem linda! Utilizei sauna, academia e piscina

Quando reservei, achei que o café estava incluso e logo depois vi que dois anos já atrás custava 21,00. Sei que o tempo muda, mas quando cheguei estava morta de fome e no final foi cobrado 38,90 pelo café, achei bem caro. Não tenho costume de pagar pelo café de hotel, sempre está incluso, talvez seja a prática mesmo deles, eu estava em estado diferente né, mas por ser café, achei caro! Tirando a Tatiana e uma arrumadeira que encontrei pelo caminho, achei os outros funcionários secos, dando informações sem vontade, mas pode ter sido só uma impressão mesmo
