    Offers good value with prime location that makes exploring easy. Cleanliness seems to be top priority. Staff are friendly and attentive. Facilities are well-maintained and the room size is enough for 2.

    I wish zero star was an option. This hotel takes the cake for being the worst hotel in Reims. They charge very high compared to what they offer. Rooms are small and claustrophobic. Central AC does not work and unless you open the window it becomes stuffy. But then there is street noise, trains, mosquitos. Where do you run? Now the staff. Generally rude and obnoxious. One Eliza promised late checkout by one hour and the other Theo said this was a mistake. For them One hour makes a huge difference ever for a B&B member. Their loyalty program is s big joke. In sum, the hotel is disgusting and must be avoided like plague. Don't waste your money and win irritation and annoyance with it.

    The room is too small and bad value. There is hardly any space to move around in room. Lady at reception was rude and uncooperative. Although there was hardly any one in the hotel she refused to extend stay by one hour although I am a B&Me Club member. Kindly remove her from this role. She is incapable of being at the reception. The coffee machine near front desk will eat your money and not deliver coffee. At least the man at the reception allowed coffee from the breakfast machine. He is so different from the rude lady. B&B you are ruining your reputation by hiring rude staff. Get rid of them if you want customers to revisit and give you repeat business. There are much better options next door.
