    We stayed two nights and we arrived by car, our room was facing to the railway. The receptionist, on our arrival, was very helpful for explaining the parking place. The room was clean through, there were two windows with fun on the table and they made us cool enough instead of AC. Overall we recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy the city of Reims because this accommodation locates one-song-distance to it.

    there was hot during our station and the fan was week in the room that we requested 1 more fan. The manager were not only unwilling to provide 1 more fan, but also very bad attitude.

    Very good location near the center, confort, clean, big room with kitchen facilities. Private parking!

    The aparthotel promises to give tea, coffee, sugar. However, we were shocked to find they gave only once and do not replenish each day. Same for towels, toilet paper! If so then mention it on your website. Agoda please note this duscrepancy. Reception cold and unfriendly. They were not able to extend stay by one hour because hotel was 'full'. Saw very few people on all days though. Bizarre behavior! Also, they warn they will charge 25 euros if dishes are not washed. Buyer beware! I have never seen such a notice anywhere.
