The hotel boasts pools and spa, but both closed early in the evening and were occupied by a private group in the morning. The shower floods the bathroom floor (poor design, nothing was broken). Overall, everything was fine and comfortable, it just wasn’t as luxurious as I’d expected.

the hotel staff were very welcoming, they spoke a little English but it helps if you speak Spanish.
The hotel is very clean and lacked nothing.
The outstanding feature is the spa. You are supplied with a pass to use the spa facilities and you can remain in there for as long as you like. The spa steam room and saunas are well maintained and the staff are extremely helpful. I particularly enjoy the relaxation room after the spa, it has comfortable seating beds and chairs, gentle music and candles if required. I beautiful end to an exhilarating experience.
