Very special property surrounded by nature. Interiors very interesting. Staff exceptional. Beautiful outdoor sitting area.
The room we stayed in could do with a little upgrade in places like the balcony, the bathroom sink but overall very in keeping with the property itself.

The staff, the location were both exceptional.
No tea and coffee making facilities

Gorgeous old place with lots of history and away from it all but close to the Ruta de Vino.Local food three course Cena were great..staff especially Miguel…couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and did so much to help.
Could not say we did not like anything..we loved the whole experience; if the water was slow or creaking floors, well what do expect from such a grande dame of a place..to be enjoyed and savoured with all its idiosyncrasies

Bed was comfortable. Dinner good, but no choice available. Staff very helpful and friendly. Super quiet location and effort to provide an ancient Casona for the benefit of present day travelers. Well done.
The Suite was disappointing. "Antique" wash hand basin very damaged and cracked. Single filthy cold water tap, no hot water tap!
Breakfast only served after 9.30.
Free standing bath not "senior" friendly. Very deep and slippery. Great for younger generation!
Wifi very iffy. None in the Suite nor mobile signal.
