    This Quest Melbourne Airport service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I reported that the exhaust fan in the room wasn’t working, but the response I received was that it was “okay” and didn’t need attention. I also paid for two car parking spaces, yet I was not provided with any parking confirmation cards to display on the dashboard, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. The room cleanliness was poor and did not meet the standard I would expect from a Quest property. As someone who regularly stays at Quest hotels, this has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, this will be my last time staying at Quest Melbourne Airport. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the service for future guests.

    Loved it before, stayed numerous times. I dont know what's changed, maybe new mgmt or new staff hired. Indian almost bald receptionist guy that wears glasses now charges for parking. He also didnt serve me yet kept answering to his co worker alongside him who was on a phone with a complaining customer to just charge them for their whole stay, unable to cancel. The stench of just focusing on money and not service was appaling from this guy. Never staying again
