The staff, Rachel was amazing, friendly, welcoming, very helpful, which made our stay very easy and pleasant, nothing was too hard. The layout of our room, it was a studio, with a kitchenette, with all cooking utensils necessary. We would definitely stay there again. We are a couple in their 60s, the bed was very comfortable which matters for a good sleep.
The last day there, I did slip in the shower, which was very sad for me, just have to be careful. Rachel was very concerned and helpful.

The room itself was nice. I was upgraded to an apartment for the whole 14hrs I stayed there in between flights and asked to give them 5 stars for it.
There was no shuttle available when i arrived on Sunday at 4:30pm. We only picked it because it was one that had airport shuttle. The rip off taxis charged me $45 to drive me 3km up the road, and took me some nonsense way. The first shuttle the next morning on a weekday was 7:30am, which is ridiculous.
