The resort is lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants around the resort. The room was very comfortable. One note is that Hotels.com calls it "Heavenly Village Condos" but the building is branded as Marriott (and there is one on either side of gondolas) so it was hard to find the right place.

It would have been ideal if we would have been informed the pool and the hot tub were closed for repairs and renovation. Otherwise a great stay!

This is a Marriott property and the standards are usually high. We were very disappointed that for our stay the pool and BBQ areas were closed due to construction. We were not notified in advance and overall our cost per night including the cleaning fee at check out was over % $500/night for their smallest room, a studio. Thank goodness the daily parking fee was included and we didn't have to cover that too. We are Marriott timeshare owners and when we asked if we could have a pass to use the pool at the Marriott property across from The Grand Residence, we were told no due to the volume of guests staying at The Timberlodge that weekend. Ironically, we know exactly how occupied the Timberlodge was because we stayed there for 7-nights before checking in at The Grand Residence. Communication could have been better. I will never rent through Heavenly Village Condos through Expedia again. I will stick with AirBnB and avoid the cleaning fee which is ridiculous.

We like the location, kitchenettes and pool/fitness. Our room faced a busy street and was very noisy at night. We have stayed at this property many times, but this experience was a little disappointing. The room was very small, tired looking, the pillows are very uncomfortable and the coffee maker was difficult to work and my coffee was like warm. Also, we learned that the Grand Residences voted to not offer daily activities except a few fitness related items and they do offer them at Timber Lodge but aren’t shared between both.

We enjoyed the stay at the Marriot facilities. My son had fun in the pool. The staff was very kind and accommodating. From the initial interaction with Valet to the front desk and cleaning staff, everyone made you feel welcomed with friendly greetings and a desire to make sure you were enjoying your stay.

What a great property. We rented a condo for six days in heavenly Village and it was amazing. Able to walk everywhere barely used our car. Cute kitchen to cook in if I wanted to beds were comfortable just an overall great experience. We would definitely go back again.

Room was dirty, a lot of wear on walls, window sills, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator was dirty. Sheets had an area of dried vomit , had to remove the sheet because it was too late at night to call the front desk. The bed was the worst! Big dent in the center, way too lumpy, did not sleep well at all. This used to be a nice hotel. Definitely needs a total remodel. Not Marriott quality.

We've stayed at this property several times. Since it's turned into a timeshare, the maintenance is severely lacking. Pool isn't getting cleaned, etc. Also - for whatever reason, the ONLY ice machine in the entire building is on the 3rd floor FAR away from the elevator..around room 3200 or something. No signs or directions or any other way to find it..so beware if you're looking for ice. That's where the laundry facility is as well so I guess they're just trying to keep it a secret or something.

This is a vacation club/time share property and we rented from an owner. But the process and overall experience was like it was a typical hotel. Property was very nice. Excellent location. Room was nice overall; very clean. Beds were too soft. No vent fan in the bathroom, so humid after a shower with a lot of condensation on the mirror. No refrigerator in the room.

Loved being in mountainous terrain but did not like our timing of our stay (less than a week early to experience the gondola, coaster, zip lining, etc. renting e-bikes is GREAT way to experience the local area.

It is a timeshare property that needs to be renovated. Check out time is 10 am. The staff keeps knocking the door since 9 am until 10 am. We got a late check out at 10;30. They were not that busy on Sunday but they just wanted to kick everybody out of the property.

This was our first time staying at the facility, and it was a very good experience. The free valet parking that came with the room as a huge plus and greatly appreciated. The room was very nice and had everything we needed to make for a great 12th anniversary vacation.
