I stayed here for just a 1 night. The staff is very nice, the hotel has breakfast and it’s a great location to explore this part of São Paulo. The rooms could be a bit cleaner, that’s really my only complaint

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. My room was comfy and quiet. The only downside was the TV which was not a smart one. The bathroom is clean and very good.
The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious. However, I missed having integral bread options.
One suggestion for improvement would be providing potable water as an amenity. Unfortunately, I couldn't find drinking water available anywhere in the hotel for free, forcing me to purchase some from a nearby supermarket.
I greatly appreciated the wonderful experience. I plan to return soon.

We stayed for 2 night. Hotel is in the middle of very busy Japanese town in the day, but shady feeling unsafe neighborhood at night. Hotel looked very beautiful outside, easy to catch Uber. However, rooms were very worn out, no air circulation, dust accumulated, AC run with loud noise, feeling dirty overall. Bathrooms had no aircirculation with cracks . Wonder if mold was an issue. I did not like to go to the bathroom.
