    Chris was AMAZING!!! From the moment we checked in, he took care of us! I told him we were in town for my graduation he upgraded our room, gave us vouchers for the restaurant & gave us the scoop on the speakeasy ten11!!! We had such a great time, we called down real late & he answered the phone so joyous & even remembered our names! We requested more blankets & they were swiftly at our door. We’re from the south so I wasn’t expecting that type of hospitality in NYC, let alone Manhattan! 1000/10 stars from my husband & I. We can’t wait to come back to NYC, next time we’ll be telling our friends stay at Life Hotel because Chris is gonna hook you up! Plus, the vibes here are so tea! Real luxurious & quiet, but you can feel the beat of NY from the moment you walk in. It’s on a quiet, not busy street. Next to the train station & food trucks. All food & a CVS on the corner. Room are clean, remote control AC & SMART LG Tvs with Netflix option & big modern bathrooms. We had a corner room so no view but that’s okay. We had an amazing stay! Attentive staff and we can’t wait to return! So secure, after the restart closes you need a key.
