    The hotel is very good in terms of the environment, the style and cultural curation, clean, staffs are friendly . Also not expensive at all.

    So far this is our number one place to stay in Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a Victoria room which has a large sitting room separate from the bedroom. The kitchen is also its own room with a door. I only give 4 stars for location because it is located on a narrow street without sidewalks but this is pretty typical of Chiang mai and I am not sure where i would give 5 stars. As a counter point there is a full open air market very close by that we visited on a daily basis for food and snacks. There are also many other street front shops very close by. The 4 stars for facilities is because there is no swimming pool and the TVs are older units that only have tuners. You will need a roku or similar device to watch anything other than local TV. That said we found the place quiet and comfortable and expect to stay here on future visits.
