No oat/soy milk at breakfast, only cow milk on the counter. Didn't ask for it but seems like a basic item these days.

Warm, welcoming exceptional hotel, it couldn’t have been better!
Everything! Exceptionally friendly staff from reception staff to the waiters. Delicious evening meal which was very good value. Comfortable room with lovely views. Excellent position in the village. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly and we’d love to come again.

Perfect hotel in Sils Maria
Everything, the location, the room, the style of the hotel, cosy, well decorated. Excellent dinner as halfboard, excellent breakfast, spacious single room, beautiful view from the window. I have tried in the past many hotels in Sils Maria and this hotel is really the best (quality and price). Enchanted.

Perfect stay
My room was comfortable and well thought-out with plenty of plug points, lighting and surfaces. Breakfast (continental) and dinner were delicious and used only high-quality, mostly local, products. Best of all were the warm and kind staff.
I can't think of anything that could be better, but be warned there are four floors and no lift if you don't like stairs!
