Hotel Bürglstein

Wonderful place to spend a few days. Owners and the restaurant staff were professional, attentive and just a delight to interact with. Breakfast had a good variety and couple of dinners we stayed for were delicious.

We visited during a heatwave so air conditioning in the room would have been welcomed.

Die positiven Hotelbewertungen kann man nur bestätigen. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Wir haben einen kostenlosen Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer hatte eine kleine Küche und eine gefüllte Minibar. Wir hatten bei der Abreise ein Kleidungsstück vergessen. Dieses wurde uns umgehend mit de Post nach Hause geschickt. Ich kann nur nochmal an Caro und Wolfgang DANKE sagen

Výbroně zařízený apartmán, velmi ochotný personál, velmi chutná snídaně. Přímo od penzionu vychází zajímavé turistické cesty, jak k Wolfgangsee, tak předevšíém Schwarzensee.

Problémem byl hluk z provozu na silnici, vzhledem k teplu bylo potřebné spát s otevřeným oknem, což ale znamelo hluk z přilehlé silnice.

I like the calmness of the place and the staff were nice. I found the location acceptable, and the layout of the room was nice. It was big enough and had a sink and a good spaced bathroom. The food was awesome, and I would definitely recommend trying it.

The receptionist is not always present at the front of the hotel. I was worried about our data and our privacy as our data was open, and the screen was facing everyone who was coming in and out of the hotel. Not only our data but the person who paid before us after they were finished, the receptionist left the screen open with all their information and the amount they paid open, where everyone can see it. I did not like that at all. We booked a room that says it has a lake view, but when we arrived, we could see a glimpse of the lake from the right side of the balcony only. The curtains in the bathroom were not clean. A big stain was present at the chair in the room.
