Beautiful historic hotel in wonderful location with incredible lakeside views and spa amenities. Staff was incredibly friendly and provided a fan for our room in the hot summer (no A/C).
The Breakfast serving area is cramped for the amount of traffic during peak hours and this can make for a crowded experience. This was the only slight issue during our stay. Recommend go to breakfast area early or find something off property.

The staff was kind. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The location was perfect for the Christkindlmarkt!

Great location, beautiful view
The church bells ring every hour all night. If you open the windows, it is impossible to sleep. If you close them, there is no AC and it’s too hot.
