The room, the food, cleaning were great, only comment the staff was not that nice, and I arrived at 11 am, and I should get my room by 3 pm but got it at 4:30 and not even an apology, but in the end, what's matter was the room and the food. Thank you for the great stay.

The receptionist who attended to me the night I arrived was not prepared for the job. This was unlike the one who attended to me at check-out. The room was dirty and messy, the bed totally uncomfortable, and the bathroom poorly designed for guest comfort. The breakfast, at 5 euros, was the only thing that pleased me. Under these conditions, I wouldn't return even if someone gave me money for it.
