Room was well kept, a little older and it took awhile for the shower to heat up. Staff were very kind and cheerful despite the language barriers.

Good things first.
The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away.
The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.
