Rooms were traditional and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not many other facilities other than the baths; but the baths were great.

Welcoming and friendly staff with great English. Traditional style style with futon on tatami. Very relaxing view of the lake nearby and yukata to relax in. Loved the traditional breakfast and bathhouse.

great place to relax and enjoy the onsen. good and helpful staff. far from train station however they do provide shuttle service, you just need to call the hotel to arrange for it. not much around the area for shopping though,
