The staff here is very accommodating, professional, and warm. We were greeted very well. The rooms are very nice, close to all restaurants and amenities, and a very short walk to the bus stop.
We had minor issues with our hot tub and they acted on it and fixed the issue immediately.
Would recommend and stay here again

Amazing in every way! We loved Santorini and this hotel so much that we extended our stay another 2 nights. There are SEVERAL steep stairs so it's not ideal for someone with mobility challenges, but otherwise, this hotel could not be more lovely.

Probably the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed at - the views were absolutely incredible. The room was clean and spacious, the staff very welcoming and helpful and the pool was also lovely. I don't know what we would have done without the incredibly helpful staff arranging our port & airport transfer and luggage assistance - highly recommend booking the hotel transfer as accessing the beautiful hotel without luggage assistance would have been difficult, so the transfer is 100% worth it. This was the perfect stay for our one night in Santorini.
