Did not get the room I reserved!
Arrived at midnight, -5°C outside , no reception ( I called and informed late,arrival) it took the guard 15-20 minutes to open ....

Positives....nice clean room, food amazing, staff are very helpful and friendly, location to the slopes is perfect, ski school and ski shop on site, nice spa for after skiing but they charge 10 euros.
Negatives....the only real negative for me is the terrible smoke filled bar. It would be great if they could create a no smoking section as my throat was sore after the week. The same in every bar unfortunately. The other negative is the pillows ...they were not very comfortable at all.
